Foodtruck ("the app") is a free mobile app connecting consumers with food trucks. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it's used.
The app is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions) and Google Maps. Your account and content data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve and measure ads; you can manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your phone's settings). On iOS, the app will request App Tracking Transparency permission where applicable before showing personalized ads.
Truck listings, reviews, and ratings you submit are public by design — visible to anyone who uses the app — since the app's purpose is helping consumers discover food trucks. Your email address and account information are never shown publicly.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, see our Delete Your Account page.
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
