By using the Foodtruck app ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Foodtruck is a free app connecting consumers with food trucks. Consumers can discover trucks on a map, search and filter, save favorites, and leave reviews. Truck operators can create a listing, update their location and hours, and manage their public profile.
Truck listings, reviews, ratings, and photos you submit are your responsibility. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a license to display it within the app. Content should be accurate, truthful, and not abusive, defamatory, or misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listed location, hours, and menu information. Foodtruck is a discovery platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between a consumer and a food truck, and are not responsible for food quality, safety, pricing, or any dispute arising between a consumer and a truck operator.
Listings are self-reported and not independently verified. A truck's presence on the app does not confirm that it holds a valid business license or permit, or that it will actually be present at its listed location and hours — operators update this information themselves, and it may be inaccurate, outdated, or subject to change without notice. Some trucks may display a "Verified" indicator following an optional review process; the absence of that indicator does not mean a truck is invalid, only that it has not opted into review.
The app is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Ads help keep the app free.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of truck locations, hours, or availability, which are set by individual operators and may change without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCUBE INNOVATIONS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
